Billing

Premium subscriptions on K9Crypt are processed entirely through Creem, a payment infrastructure built for digital products. Creem handles the transaction, so we never see your card number, billing address, or payment method.

What we do not store: your email, your full name, your billing name, your country, your street address, or any raw payment payload from Creem. The only data we keep is an encrypted hash of your license key and subscription references, just enough to answer one question: is this account premium right now? No more.

We designed this system so that upgrading to premium does not mean surrendering your privacy. The same zero-knowledge principles that protect your conversations extend to how we handle payment data. Your billing relationship is between you and Creem. Your trust remains with K9Crypt.
